Samosa or Singada (Odia: ସିଙ୍ଗଡ଼ା) is one of my favorite food items. So, during this lockdown, we had planned to prepare once at home and here it is.

Once upon a time at my home, we had planned for this. Before that, I was thinking I could prepare it, but that day, I've realized we are best at buying street food from various food stalls.

It was good, but the making process is really hard. No idea about others, but not easy for me, at least till now.
