In every rainy evening, we love garamagaram Pakudi (ଗରମାଗରମ ପକୁଡ଼ି). During this cyclone Jawad, costal Odisha is in high alert, but we at home preparing Pakudi.
This evening my mother had prepared these Pakoda with cauliflower. Since both my parents are diabetics patients, we don't eat aloo, so we always prepare pakoda from cauliflower and cabbage.
I had added tomato sauce on the plate for a good and better taste. Apart from writing this blog, I had made a short video on this for my YouTube Cannel and Instagram/Facebook reels.
