Mango: An emotion


Last year when we started this food blog on Instagram, we started following some foodies from Odisha and then I had noticed one thing, this type of mango pieces. And finally learned from one Odia foodie, Bhaskar Raha Bhai, and that time I had practiced, but this time it looks good. 

Yesterday night I cut like this, but today when I saw the same style photo shared by Sarmistha Mam, I just uploaded it here.


When you cut mangoes in such types, you may have this directly or with any food like Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, everything. This increases the looks of the mango, so you may die to have it.
