Machha Bhaja, Aloo Bhaja, Salad for Pakhala

It's Summertime and we, Odias are happier with Pakhala. Though we always eat Pakhala, but during Summer days, the charm of Pakhala is totally different. 

So, here we are presenting to you some side dishes for Pakhala for our canteen. Don't go with the flow, just follow your own thing in life.

As you know, Pakhaḷa (Odia: ପଖାଳ) is an Odia term for an Indian food consisting of cooked rice washed or little fermented in water. The liquid part is known as toraṇi. It is popular in Odisha, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Assam, Chhattisgarh, and Tamil Nadu.
