We Indians made lots of things for our food. Here is Badi Chura (Odia: ବଡ଼ି ଚୂରା), one lovely Odia dish prepared at home and highly recommended with Pakhala.
How it's Made??
Don't worry, it's very simple and if you couldn't prepare this at home, there are many shops which use to sell such things packet wise. Just buy that. And now follow the below steps.
- Fly these properly with mustard oil or sunflower oil.
- Grind them through any kind of grinding machine. We prefer the stone grinder since it's easy for us and we could manage how much powder we need to eat.
- Then add some salt, onion chops, chilly powder.
